Do you offer both photography and videography?

Yes! We offer both photography and videography as a combined service and photography or videography separately. We are a team of photographers and videographers who work together to offer a combined service. This means you will receive a consistent style across your wedding coverage and you will have fewer points of contact in general.

Does the package include transportation costs?

The package does not include transportation costs. Transportation fees are based on the event location, with the distance calculated from our base in Kluang, Johor.

Does the photography package include an album?

Our photography package does not include an album. We provide the photos in an online gallery. If you would like an album, you can check the options available under the add-ons section.

How long does it take to complete the photos?

Edited photos will be delivered within 1-3 weeks of working days. If you add an album as an add-on, the completion time is 1-3 months. The videography package has the same timeline of 1-3 months. If you need a faster service, you can select the "fast edit" option from the add-ons section.

What if our event exceeds the time limit?

If the event unexpectedly exceeds the time limit, you will need to discuss with us whether you would like to add extra time. Additional time will be charged based on the rates listed.

Why is a 2 days event priced differently?

A 2 days event requires more time and resources. Typically, for a 2 days event, we provide an extra hour of coverage, which means 8+1 hours in total.
