TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • The photoshoot session will be conducted based on the agreed time.
  • The session duration follows the selected package. Additional charges apply if you exceed the package limit.
  • Please ensure you choose the right package that suits your needs.
  • Extra time can only be added if there is availability after your session. If another client is scheduled after you, extra time will not be allowed.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early before your session starts. If you miss your turn, you will need to book a new session based on available dates.
  • Rescheduling is only allowed at least 10 days before your photoshoot date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or missed appointments.
  • Full payment must be made immediately after the photoshoot session.
  • Please be fully prepared before your session starts (e.g., samping, songkok, tudung). Incomplete preparation may cause delays for you and the next client.
  • High-resolution soft copies will be provided within 12-48 hours via WhatsApp and Google Drive link.
  • Don’t forget to tag & mention us @officialstudio.co when sharing your photos!
  • Hardcopy prints and frames will be ready within 4-5 weeks after the first day of Raya.
